We take your privacy seriously. This page explains how we handle your data and what measures we take to protect it.

Your Presentations Are Not Stored

We do not save your PowerPoint files. Uploaded files are processed in memory, translated, and immediately deleted. No presentation content is retained on our servers after the translation is complete.

Secure Processing

All data transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Your files are processed securely and never shared with third parties beyond the AI translation service.

Minimal Data Collection

We only collect what's necessary: your email address for authentication, and basic usage statistics (file size, word count, languages used) to improve our service. We never access or store the actual content of your presentations.

What We Collect

  • Account information: Email address and name from your Google account
  • Usage data: Token usage, file sizes, word counts, and selected languages
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details

What We Don't Collect

  • The content of your presentations
  • Your uploaded files (deleted immediately after processing)
  • Translated output (sent directly to you, not stored)

Data Retention

Presentation files: Deleted immediately after translation (typically within seconds).

Account data: Retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Usage statistics: Anonymized data may be retained for service improvement.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

  • OpenAI: For AI-powered translation (text is sent for processing but not stored by OpenAI for training)
  • Google: For authentication
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing
  • Railway: For hosting (EU/US servers)

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
